We are trying to provide our guests with the best Tea Experience by practicing “Omotenashi”. “Omote” means public face–an image you wish to present to outsiders. “Nashi” means nothing. Combining them means every service is from the bottom of the heart – honest, no hiding, no pretending.
Our Vision is to provide consistent and sustainable Tea Experience by directly sourcing our Teas from Tea farmers. We want to change the way people see and think about tea experience and tea business. That it is truly about enjoying Tea.
